UK Premium Delivery / 48 hours tracked
EU, Norway & Switzerland Standard Delivery / 4 to 10 working days
Rest of World International Standard Delivery / 7 to 12 working day
*Delivery times stated are from dispatch and are based on the shipping agents' suggested times.
These times are generally correct, but for certain rural or remote areas there may be an extra day added. Delivery may also take longer over public holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas. Please contact your local post office for additional information.
Once your order has been shipped I will send you an email to let you know. If your order has failed to arrive within the above stated timeframe, please fill out our enquiry form.
All orders ship from from the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland.
PACKAGING
I will always endeavour to use plastic-free packaging - and all greeting cards, Surf Notes and unframed Prints are shipped plastic-free. Likely the only occasion I will use plastic in shipping is by re-using bubble wrap for framed prints.
TURNAROUND TIMES
The usual time from order to dispatch is 2-4 working days. During busy times of year this may be longer, and during quieter periods this may be shorter. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch prior to ordering if you need to meet a specific deadline.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International customers are responsible for the customs rates and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. If the country you are in is not listed at check out, I unfortunately do not deliver to your location at this time however please email me so I can consider adding it in the future.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item please please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once I have been notified you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Once the item is returned, I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back to the original payment method. All items must be in the original condition in which they were received. The customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred on returned items unless the item is faulty or damaged. I recommend using a trackable service. Returns are not available on custom orders.
